This is a pretty decent pillow for it's price. This purchase was for a king-sized bed and I bought two. I'm on the second night of using it and so far it's pretty decent. I do have to agree with the majority of reviews here that it needs a tad bit more support / firmness and it doesn't stay as cool as a feather pillow but it's not bad.If you have a generic pillow from a chain store, this is definitely worth it. If you've already got a newer shredded memory foam pillow, it's probably not. All in all though it's personal preference and I personally would have preferred it to be a bit more firm. If slightly firm but a bit soft is your goal, this is probably for you.I love everything about it. It is firm, but still molds with you head and neck. I have no more neck pain. I fluff it up every morning and is back to original shape. I like that you can unzip it and rearrange the stuffing or take some out and store it. I don’t have back pain anymore! I took the picture of the pillow with a silk cover on it. A great pillow!I have used many pillows and as a side sleeper I require a very firm pillow for support. This pillow does not give that kind of support nor is it firm enough, but I'm not waking in pain or soreness. It's not as high as my other pillows have been in the past, so it's a little low for me but I'm getting used to it. Also, I do not smell anything on the pillow.I bought this for back sleeping, and another one for side sleeping. I have a neck and hip injury and need to alternate every so often. I could not get a full night sleep for months until a physical therapist recommended it.As a chiropractor, I’m always looking for good pillows. Overall I like this one, though it does have some flaws. It is wonderfully firm and provides great support. I LOVE that you can take the stuffing out, though it would be nice if they included a bag to stick it in or something. The case seems soft even though you’ll stick a pillow case over it. My main complaint with this guy is that it scrunches down and needs to be fluffed every other night or it gets oddly shaped and flat in areas. Not a huge thing, but for being memory foam I had hoped it would hold its shape better. Overall, from a chiropractic stand point, this puppy gets 4/5 stars!Buy this pillow. Now. I had no idea how poorly I was sleeping with my previous pillow until I got this. I have slept so soundly it's incredible, when the alarm goes off, I am seriously surprised. Thank goodness for snooze. After 2 weeks I ordered another one for my husband. He too is sleeping better. Awesome pillow.This is an extremely high quality pillow. It comes vacuum packed in an adorable little roll shaped white and clear bag, that unzips on one end and also has handles. It has the brand name/initials embossed in gold on the bag. Once the you remove the pillow, it immediately starts to expand. It only took about 15 minutes for it to expand to its full size. There was only a really faint odor to the pillow...and even then, you really had to shove your nose into the pillow to even smell it. (I only did that because of other reviews I had read mentioned about an odor.) Once I placed a pillowcase on the pillow, there was no trace of the odor.This pillow comes with an extremely nice, heavy, quilted cover already on it that zips on the end. I also has the brand name/initials, and piping around the edges of the pillow in gold. This cover is great because not only is it super soft and provides even more plush “padding,” but it also will keep the pillow protected. The cover is completely removable and and can be washed.The way the pillow is constructed, it has solid layers of memory foam as the shell of the pillow, and it’s covered by a buttery soft white cotton (feels like a well loved t-shirt) case that zips on one end. Then, the inside of the pillow is filled with small shredded bits of super soft, fluffy, white memory foam. The pieces are all uniform in size.The pillow I ordered is a king size, so it is pretty large. As it comes, the pillow is also fairly thick and firm. But, I ordered the adjustable pillow. While my husband was laying on his back watching tv in bed, the pillow was perfect. However, sleeps on his side. And when it came time to go to sleep, he realized the pillow was too thick for him as it was and would have his neck all outta whack. So, he removed a gallon ziplock bag full (squished and the air removed) of memory foam pieces and tried it again. It was still too thick for how he sleeps. He ended up removing a total of 3 gallon sized ziplock bags (squished full and the air removed) of the memory foam pieces. Now, he says it’s “absolutely perfect!” He sleeps comfortably and says it’s the best pillow he’s ever had. He laughs and says that he’s got the perfect pillow...and he has enough stuffing left over to make another pillow lol. So, it’s definitely worth the price ? The little roll shaped bag that the pillow came in is also perfect to store the extra filling for future use.While he was at work one day, I “borrowed” his pillow so I could sit up more comfortably in bed. I think I’m going to have to be making another purchase soon...a pillow for me...and now our teenage daughter wants one as well.Yeah, I thought the pillow was a little expensive when I ordered it. But once it arrived, I can definitely understand the price. And honestly, I now think it’s a very reasonably priced pillow. I know this pillow will hold up well for years to come (unlike most pillows that go flat after a year). My husband and I are very happy with this purchase.Very comfortable and looks like a quality pillow.So far this is great product…my husband has neck and shoulder problems so in time we will know if it helps him..well I needed to remove some particle inside to lower it to half the size for me I found it to high, cause I sleep on my tummy…if you don’t like height of it remove some particle to suit your needs…it’s that easy…not everybody neck and head are the same…so far so goodThis really is perfect for side sleepers, I’ve had problems sleeping with my shoulders inside and this seems to fix a bit of the pain I’ve been having. Been getting great sleep, pillow worked well for awhile but now I’m finding it too high. I guess I must’ve had neck problems which is why it’s been fine until now. I just took out some memory foam to lower it a bit to give it ago. I will update this review and see how I go with less memory foam. This is definitely a good pillow if you have neck shoulder problems and you need a good supporting pillow to support those problems.After removing ALOT of the fill from these pillows, they are still waaaay too firm. We can only use the corners of the pillows to sleep on. Very disappointing for the price point.Hice todas las recomendaciones que dicen le quite relleno etc., no vale la pena.The pillows came very nicely packaged and fluffed up beautifully. It was great to be able to adjust them simply by removing some of the memory foam. My husband really likes his pillow too!
